Instructors can choose to enable the Discussion Redesign option in their course settings. Discussions Redesign is currently a beta feature and available as a Feature Preview.
The Discussions Redesign provides an enhanced experience for course discussions for all discussions and all users in your course. Some discussion settings and features in the classic Discussions interface may not function or be available in Discussions Redesign.
