Molly Bonnard
Associate Director, Educational Technology & Learning Management
Molly manages the Courseware Support Department and oversees user support for Canvas, Penn’s learning management system (LMS). Molly has a B.A. in Classics and Ancient Mediterranean Studies from Penn State University, and a M.S. in Library and Information Science from Drexel University.
Eleanor Tecosky-Feldman
Senior Courseware Support Specialist
Eleanor leads the Courseware Documentation Editorial Board (CDEB) and manages the Courseware team’s communication and documentation hub. Eleanor has an MS in Library and Information Science from Drexel University and a BA in Creative Writing from Bard College at Simon’s Rock.
Kate Rojas (she/her)
Courseware Support Specialist
Kate focuses on coordinating user-facing instruction for Canvas and related tools. She responds to staff inquiries and works with vendors to provide solutions. In addition, she collaborates with colleagues across campus on projects related to educational technology and instructional design. Kate has an M.S. in Library and Information Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a B.A. in English from Immaculata University.
Ben Rosen
Courseware Developer
Ben maintains our Course Request Form, creating administrative tools and reporting dashboards for Canvas to improve overall system management. In addition, he provides technical support for Canvas. He has a B.A. from Sarah Lawrence College and an M.M. in Composition from the Peabody Institute of the John Hopkins University.
Jenavive Banes (she/her)
Online Learning Support Specialist
Jena manages Open Canvas for Penn Learners and serves as its main administrator. She communicates with stakeholders, manages support issues, leads office hours and workshops, and serves as the conduit to the Online Learning Initiative. She holds a BFA in Musical Theatre, and is a current MSW student in the School of Social Policy and Practice.
