System Status Directory
If a tool is experiencing an outage that affects users beyond only Penn, you may be able to find out on their system status pages:
- Canvas (beyond Penn only)

- PollEverywhere
- TurnItIn (including iThenticate)
- Zoom
Known Issues
If Canvas has not reported an outage but you are experiencing technical problems, it may be the result of an ongoing issue. Check the list of known issues in Canvas to see if Instructure is aware of the problem.
