These guidelines apply to anyone who registers for Canvas Office Hours.
Registration
- Registration with your Penn email address is required.
- Appointments are only offered at pre-scheduled times. Requests for meetings outside of these times will be at the discretion of Canvas Support staff.
- GSE, PSOM, and Wharton users may be directed to your Local Support Provider for help. If this happens, your Canvas Office Hours appointment may be canceled. You will be notified about this cancellation via email as soon as possible.
Level of Support
- Attendees will receive emails from their assigned Canvas specialist before the appointment, provided that registration occurred at least 24 hours before the session.
- Canvas Support staff are not permitted to edit, add, or alter student grades.
- Attendees are encouraged to email Canvas Support at any point before or after their appointment.
