The Courseware Documentation Editorial Board (CDEB) builds and maintains this site as a central source of information about Canvas and related technologies at the University of Pennsylvania. The decision to develop this resource was the result of an assessment of the Courseware needs of faculty, TAs, students, and staff. Eleanor Tecosky-Feldman
Senior Courseware Specialist, Penn Libraries | ellietf@upenn.edu
Eleanor leads CDEB and manages the Courseware team’s communication and documentation hub. Eleanor has an MS in Library and Information Science from Drexel University and a BA in Creative Writing from Bard College at Simon’s Rock.
Jenavive Banes (she/her)
Online Learning Support Specialist, Penn Libraries | jenaba@upenn.edu
Jena assists with streamlining resources and information related to Open Canvas, and integrating it with other relevant resource platforms. In past roles, she has created onboarding and training documentation both for internal staff and end-users. She holds a BFA in Musical Theatre from Ball State University, and is a current MSW student in the School of Social Policy and Practice.
Rachel Hoke (she/her)
Associate Director, Technology & Pedagogy, CETLI | rhoke@upenn.edu
Rachel collaborates with partners across Penn to support the effective use of instructional technology and evidence-based teaching practices. She holds an Ed.D. in Curriculum & Instruction: Educational Technology from the University of South Carolina, an M.S. in School Psychology from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, and a B.M. in Music Performance from West Chester University.
Kristen Meidt (she/her)

Kristen is a member of the SAS Online Learning Team, supporting digital learning experiences and daily course operations. She provides expertise in Canvas and course-related technologies. Kristen holds a B.S. in Environmental Science from Stockton University.
Becky Moulder

As a member of the Instructional Designers & Educational Architects Courseware Team, Becky helps Wharton faculty, TAs, staff, and students use Canvas and related technologies to support teaching and learning. Becky earned her B.A. in English/Professional Writing from Kutztown University and M.S. in Instructional Technology from Chestnut Hill College.
Kara Rodgers

As part of the Arts & Science Online Learning team, Kara provides user support for Canvas, Zoom, and other digital tools. Kara has experience creating documentation for students from around the world, as she was formerly with the English Language Programs at Penn. Kara received her B.A. in History from Worcester State University.
Kate Rojas (she/her)
Courseware Support Specialist, Penn Libraries | rojask@upenn.edu
Kate focuses on coordinating user-facing instruction for Canvas and related tools. She responds to staff inquiries and works with vendors to provide solutions. In addition, she collaborates with colleagues across campus on projects related to educational technology and instructional design. Kate has an M.S. in Library and Information Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a B.A. in English from Immaculata University.

Geneva Harline

Geneva is a member of the Instructional Designers & Educational Architects Courseware Team, and helps Wharton faculty, TAs, staff, and students use Canvas and related technologies to support teaching and learning. As an instructional designer, Geneva applies their academic research into trauma, stress, and societal change to pedagogy. They have a B.A. in Anthropology from Weber State University and a M.A. in Folklore from Utah State University.
