Our website now has an informative page for students to learn how to check their grades and view feedback on Canvas. The page can be accessed under the “Canvas for Students” menu.
We recommend that students contact their instructor if they find a discrepancy or an inaccuracy with their grade. The representatives at canvas@pobox.upenn.edu are unable to make changes to grades, but we are happy to assist instructors with checking that their assignments are set up properly and with troubleshooting the gradebook in Canvas.
