Staying up late studying? Performing last-minute research? Then, it’s time for a study break! Taking breaks can help reduce stress and improve your ability to focus on a task for a prolonged period of time.

Visit the Virtual Study Break Canvas site for a collection of stress relieving activities from Penn Libraries during Reading Days (December 11-14) and the Final Examination period (December 15-22). Activities include games, puzzles, coloring pages, animal cams, and more! There are also opportunities to meet up with fellow Penn students in Gather and Animal Crossing (see the site calendar for dates/times).

We recommend enrolling in the site so it appears in your Canvas Dashboard so you can easily come back whenever you need a study break. Otherwise, we recommend bookmarking the link to the site.

Enjoy some mindful downtime so you can return to studying feeling refreshed, focused, and energized. Whether you have been studying for five minutes or five hours, Penn Libraries have you covered.
