UPDATE: PDFs Not Displaying in Yellowdig

Our vendor has provided the following up date on this issue: if there are spaces, underscores, or dashes in a file name of a PDF attached to a Yellowdig post, access to the PDF will be broken in the post. To resolve this issue, PDFs should be renamed without any spaces, underscores or dashes (for example: section 1_final-exam.pdf) and should only be named with with alphabetical and numerical characters without the aforementioned features (for example: section1finalexam.pdf).

Please note that the issue does not affect all PDFs uploaded to Yellowdig posts, only PDFs with file names that contain spaces, underscores, or dashes

Our vendor assured us that the issue will be resolved soon. Once the issue is resolved, an update will be posted to the Canvas at Penn site and Twitter. Additionally, information about this issue, as well as any updates, will be posted to the “Known Issues” area of this site.
