Our vendor reports that the issue causing wait times of up to 5 minutes for job requests in Canvas such as gradebook exports and imports, content migrations, and notifications has been resolved as of 8:36pm yesterday. Queues for job requests in Canvas are back to normal levels again, so users should no longer experience delays for the previously affected processes.
It is recommended that you perform the following actions before attempting to access the content this issue affected:
- Clear your browser’s cache (instructions for PC and Mac).
- Close your browser.
- Open a new browser.
- Log back into Canvas at canvas.upenn.edu with your PennKey username and password, and then attempt to re-access the affected content.
By performing these steps, you will have removed from your browser any data that might have been stored while the issue occurred that would give the appearance of the issue persisting.
