Error messages in mobile apps

We have heard about a few issues with the Canvas mobile apps following a maintenance event last weekend. If you are having problems using one of the apps, try logging out and logging back in. Here’s how to do it:

First click your profile picture (the head/shoulders or cartoon-face icon).

Then choose to log out. If a Logout button is not shown on the first profile page you see, click the settings menu (usually shown with a “gears” icon).

If the problem persists, you may need to uninstall and reinstall the app.

Please let us know if you are still unable to use the mobile apps.
